Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including message templates, conversation flows, customer profiles, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
What happens when you delete your account?
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted
- Your message templates and auto-reply configurations will be removed
- All conversation flows you created will be deleted
- Customer profiles and tracking data will be erased
- Your subscription will be cancelled (no refund for remaining period)
- You will lose access to all FlowChat features immediately
- This action is irreversible - data cannot be recovered
Before you delete your account
Please consider the following:
- Export your data: Download any important templates or customer data before deletion
- Cancel subscription first: If you just want to stop payments, you can cancel your subscription without deleting your account
- Contact support: If you're facing issues, our support team might be able to help resolve them
- Take a break: You can simply stop using the app without deleting your account
How to delete your account
To delete your FlowChat account, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Through the App
- Open FlowChat app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to "Account"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
- Tap "Delete Permanently"
Option 2: Via Email Request
- Send an email to admin@agenticaiautomations.com
- Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address and phone number
- State clearly that you want to delete your account
- Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 48 hours
Data retention after deletion
After account deletion:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes
- Transaction records may be kept as required by law (up to 7 years)
- Backup systems may retain data for up to 90 days before complete removal
