At FlowChat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our subscription services.
2. Subscription Plans
FlowChat offers a subscription-based service with the following pricing:
- Introductory Price: ₹49/month for new subscribers
- Renewal Price: ₹499/month after the introductory period
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the App and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase date
- Partial month usage - we do not offer pro-rated refunds
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Issues caused by third-party services or WhatsApp policy changes
- Failure to cancel subscription before the renewal date
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address and phone number
- Provide your transaction ID or payment receipt
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots if applicable
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting our support team. Please note:
- Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months after the 7-day guarantee period
