Data Deletion Request

To delete your account and all associated data, send us an email with the following details:

• Email: admin@agenticaiautomations.com
• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Include your registered email address in the body of the message

We will manually delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

If you connected FlowChat using Facebook Login, you can revoke FlowChat's future access through Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Click Apps and Websites
3. Find FlowChat in your list of active apps
4. Select it and click Remove
5. Removing FlowChat from Facebook will revoke future access. To request deletion of data previously collected by FlowChat, please follow the email request instructions above.

• Account information and profile
• WhatsApp Business connection
• All contacts and contact lists
• Campaign history and message logs
• Automation flows and AI reply settings
• Payment history and billing info
• All personal data associated with the account

• Request acknowledged within 24 hours
• Data fully deleted within 30 days
• Confirmation email sent after deletion

• Invoice records (as required by Indian tax law)
• Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data only
