Description of Service
FlowChat is a WhatsApp Business CRM offering contact management, broadcast campaigns, AI auto-replies, automation flows, and analytics.
Account Registration
Users must be 18 years or older and provide accurate registration information.
Subscription and Payments
- Basic Plan — ₹499/month
- Pro Plan — ₹999/month
Acceptable Use Policy
No spam, no illegal content, no WhatsApp policy violations, no automation abuse, and no bulk unsolicited messaging.
WhatsApp Platform Compliance
Users must follow Meta and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service at all times.
Facebook Login Compliance
If you use Facebook Login to access FlowChat, you agree to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies in addition to these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
FlowChat and all its content is owned by Agentic AI Automations.
Limitation of Liability
Agentic AI Automations is not liable for WhatsApp account bans or Meta policy actions.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India and the IT Act, 2000. Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra.
